I love this size, the feel, and the practicality of the 2 different sides. May fit in your wipes warmer without folding. I find it easiest to use several wipes per poopy change, grabbing a fresh wipe as needed, rather than folding a larger wipe over and over. These wipes are a less overwhelming size for a young baby's small bottom, yet still fine as baby grows. To me, flannel on one side and terry on the other has the best "feel" for the job. Suggested amount: 4 packs for a young baby, 3 packs for an older baby. 100% unbleached cotton, exclusive of trim. Wash several times before first use. Made in Pakistan.
2 packs, shown after washing. Because they are two different fabrics sewn together, expect some waviness to the edges because the two fabrics will shrink slightly differently. If you like flatness, choose organic birdseye wipes or velour wipes. It's a small tradeoff for the very handy and practical choice of actually having two different fabrics to use for the varying need at the moment in one wipe.
The white version are thicker than the unbleached on this page.
White on left, unbleached on white. White are thicker because they have woven terry which grabs better but is thicker, whereas unbleached have thinner knit terry on the reverse side.

After reading Waste Not, I had to make some changes around the house. I use these as my reusable toilet paper (for #1 only). They are soft, easy to wash and dry and more importantly, they are soft.
When thinking about cloth wipes I worried I couldn’t get them clean enough that they would be too much energy and time to wash but thats just the opposite. We cloth diaper part time and just throw the wipes in the wash With the diapers. They are SOOOO soft. Our baby has never had a diaper rash. We got a wipe warmer, we wet the wipes in a large stack with water only put in the warmer and make sure its closed completely and they stay nice and warm and wet. For travel we dont do cloth diapers but we do the wipes. We just put 2 ziplocks one with clean wet wipes one for dirty and put both in a wet bag in our backpack or diaper bag. Easy peezy. They are sooo soft. Such great quality and so much less waste. I love the companies amazing customer service. I will say they did get a but stiff after 10 months but thats a lot of washing!
I’ve been using these for my own reusable toilet paper. I thought maybe at first they would be too small, but I prefer the texture and thickness to other larger wipes- like the muslin and birdseye wipes. I do wish there was a larger version offered so you could try more “folds” of use, I can get three out of these, however, because of their thickness this may not work. I trust GMD made them this size for a reason. Very happy with this purchase and use for toilet paper for now, will be ordering more soon
