Karen's comments: These are not the same fit as the Thirsties sized Cover. The fit of the Duo is trimmer and the size runs differently. I don't want people assuming they are the same as the others but with rise snaps when they really do run differently - this one, the Duo, is narrower and trimmer.
I think the size change might come at 15 pounds not the 18 pounds recommended below (baby shapes vary of course, so weight recommendations are always a rough guess). Great over unpinned prefolds. Size one fits over orange edge or yellow edge. Size Two fits over red edge or brown edge Cloth-eez prefold diapers, trifolded and just laid in the wrap. A no-pinning delight or use over fitted diapers such as Workhorse diapers.
100% polyester with TPU laminate FREE of VOCs, PVC, phthalates, lead, and latex. Made in the USA.
Also available in a lovely packaged set of 5 coordinated covers.
If your toddler outgrows the size 2 cover, check out the Thirsties Cover in size Large. It has enough room inside to fit a very thirsty diaper. Thirsties Cover size large (not the Duo version) is the next size up from the Thirsties Duo Wrap size Two or the even bigger Duo Wrap Size Three instead. Thirsties Duo Wrap size Three is our largest cover.

These are my favorite covers. Karen is right, they definitely fit before 18 lb. I was using them successfully on my 14 lb baby on the smallest rise and tightest waist snap. These hold in everything. The few leaks we've had were due to operator error, either choosing the wrong snap setting or we somehow got the diaper bunched all to one side.
For my future newborn I bought a dozen prefolds, fleece liners to put in them, and these thirsties as waterproof covers. I feel prepared as well as very pleased with the quality and the fact they are made in the USA. Good construction and good for baby! These will definitely last me
No leaks at night with this cover! Baby uses a doubler and a prefold and wakes up dry. Really beautiful pattern, too. People always think it’s part of our outfit and are surprised to learn it’s a cover. Love Thirsties and GMD.
started cloth diapering at 6 weeks. babe fits into the size 1 on the biggest setting and into the size 2 with adjusting the rise and tighter waist. both with no leaks. my baby is 11-12 pounds right now. cloth diapering takes experimenting. we started with only buying one size 1 but added one more and two more size 2s. these are definitely trimmer than the true size thirsties, which we also use and like. overall, a great diaper cover. can usually use plenty of times without washing, until a poopy one leaks onto the cover (but not out ever yet)
