This is the same as our Hemp Doubler, (three layers of 55% hemp, 45% organic cotton) but topped with a layer of virgin Malden Mills 200 weight polar fleece. Polar fleece allows the moisture to go through but maintains a drier feeling next to baby’s bottom, since fleece is hydrophobic (afraid of water). With quality polar fleece the argument that only disposables keep baby’s bottom feeling dry is simply not true. This washable synthetic really does keep baby’s bottom dry. For all of these sizes of stay-dry doublers, the BLUE edge stitch side is the side that has the stay dry fabric. The blue edge stitch side goes next to baby. Think "b" is for blue is for baby.

So this is my first time clothing and I was doing prefolds previously. I decided to give my inserts a try and FELL IN LOVE! But quickly learned about overnight clothing ... that’s when I went to YouTube to find out what others were doing and heard about overnight inserts. A friend swears by Green Mountain so I went to find an overnight insert ... after reading about this one in particular I decided to give it a try... TOTAL GAME CHANGER!!! She does not leak through at night and I don’t have to worry about it. I use the overnights as a secondary insert in addition to the one she already has in her diaper. Hubby and I are thoroughly impressed in how the diaper stays “dry” and so happy we decided to invest in these. We got 5 to begin with since we are doing laundry every other day anyway it’s the perfect amount for us we are finding.
I’ve been cloth diapering for 9 years now, 4 kids, gmd diapers are always my favorites and these are no exception. These keep baby soooo dry at night and work even better then I had hoped!
I am very impressed at how well these work to keep my baby feeling dry even when the layers underneath soaked!
I bought these boosters to add to the Buttah by GroVia for a night time diaper system .The booster adds a lot of absorbency without adding too much bulk.My 17 month old sleeps from 8-8 and this combination works well for her. No leaks, her skin feels dry in the morning and less bulk then when I use the booster with a prefold or a work horse.I washed them 6 times before using them and they are very soft and very absorbent.I love the hour glass shape and the blue stitching to remind me to use it correctly. “Blue for baby”.Great product! .
Was trying to find a solution to our night time problems. I was even thinking about switching over to wool, but I didn't want to take on the extra care that wool requires. So thought I'd give this a try. I used a pocket diaper with 3 slim inserts, them I put this bad boy inside (not in the pocket, but against baby's skin) and I was really amazed at how dry it felt when I changed his diaper in the morning. He did still leave a little bit which might be more of an issue with the actual brand of pocket diaper we used (thirsties stay dry - they tend to be a little bit on my sons legs even tho he has chunky thighs). He also sleeps 12 hours at night. The leak was minimal though and it was our first night using this combination so I may have to tweak it. But the actual diaper itself is amazing how it feels so dry compared to other ones I've used. I will probably buy more.
