This product (and Karen’s description) took the guesswork out of starting a cloth diaper system for me. These are so soft and fluffy and they’ve been used for numerous things besides diapering - i.e.: brown-edged diaper as a changing pad or as a “towel” for naked tummy time, burp rags, even some as clean-up rags for ones baby will no longer use. I also appreciate the extras to trial as baby grows.
We ended up going with a cloth diaper service that came to us as a gift from family. Otherwise, we would have pursued this option.
I have been using the diapers that came in this kit for 9 months and I couldn't be happier with the performance and quality of the diapers. The kit took all the question and worry out of cloth diapering and the price is very fair especially considering it is organic cotton. The diapers, once prepped, are soft and fluffy, and since I line dry them, they are now bright white too. The wipes are the perfect size and texture to get your baby clean but without irritating the delicate baby skin. The diapers are very absorbent; baby sleeps comfortably through the night. Baby has never had a rash nor a "blow out ". These cloth diapers are superior to disposable diapers; for travel I had to use disposable and I couldn't wait to get baby back into the cloth diapers! I highly recommend the diaper kit!
This kit was everything I was hoping for and more. We were able to use the prefolds in this kit for my daughter from birth until three months old. I love that it came with an intermediate and medium prefold as well to give me an idea as to which I would prefer to use when sizing up. Such a great investment and very cost-effective for those looking to cloth diaper.
I haven't prepped or used the diapers just yet, but the Newborn package seems to be a great deal! It's a ton of diapers and everything came in swiftly and looks great!
