Pretty good pads

I like these pads, it collects some leaks good. (I don't have to much or constant milk leaking). It also feels nice next to the skin and helps to balance its temperature. They keep their shape excellent after wash. On my list of favorites it's on a second place after Disana silk-wool pads just because Diana's is more soft, fluffy and even more gentle next to the skin. However, Baber Greens pads are gonna keep their shape better and longer, as well as resist washing better, that what I assume.

Love them

I am actually no longer a nursing mama but I use these in a comfy cotton nursing tank and that’s what I use in replacement of a bra. Natural and comfortable, this will be my way of doing things long term. If you are tired of using synthetic bra inserts, you may really enjoy these even if you are no longer nursing.

I got two sets of these per another review, and very glad I did. I received some cotton pads as a gift and haven’t even tried them because I love these! You really don’t feel the wetness because they are wool, which is great for the leaking from nursing. I wash them once they get a little crusty (for lack of better word) from milk - soak in a bowl of water with a little bit of unscented Dr. Bronners Castile soap for 30 minutes then rinse, all in luke warm water. Gentle squeeze and pat dry in a towel, then hang to completely dry.

Perfect for Raynaud's and vasoconstriction

My baby's improper latch caused nipple compression which triggered a vasoconstriction and Raynaud's reactions of my nipples to any cold exposure. These breast pads stay warm even when wet which has significantly helped my pain. I definitely recommend these for that use, however they are not great for leaking protection is you leak much. I have layered more waterproof ones on the outside to keep my shirts dry.

So comfy but not leak proof

I was hoping to love wool nursing pads and I do love how comfy they are. But I’m a little disappointed by their performance. If I leak more than just a tiny bit, my shirt will get damp (although it soaked). Also, I don’t find it’s true that these don’t need to get washed frequently. After a day or 2 they smell like sour milk, even after being aired out. At least they’re really easy to hand wash.
