The same lovely prefold fabric as our beloved Cloth-eez® prefolds in a doubler sizes. Chlorine-free, optical brightener-free white cotton. White cotton is easier to prep than unbleached cotton. Both sizes are 8 layers (8-ply) of 100% cotton. I love the prefold fabric because it's so soft and pliable. It is quilty just like prefolds are so they come out of the dryer curly and need to be flattened out by hand. Regular top load machines curl them less than HE machines do. This is the nature of the twill prefold fabric. I like to match fabrics. This prefold fabric washes very easily and doesn't hold stink because it is 100% cotton. And best of of all, they are very inexpensive. Doublers add additional absorbency in any style diaper. They absorb immediately and are "quick absorbers." You can fit the size small into any size Workhorse diaper or any diaper. Doublers are similar but not the same as inserts Inserts are wider. For pocket diaper inserts we have them here. 100% organic cotton exclusive of trim. Made in the Pakistan.
Both this regular cotton white version and the made of unbleached organic version shown after washing
A cotton doubler is such a simple thing that makes such a big difference in stopping leaks.

I love these and use them at naps and over night. They provide the extra absorption insurance I'm looking for. I find that I can still get the covers over the doubler with the diaper with no trouble. Sometimes I use two with a diaper, one on the inside flap of a fitted and one on the outside. I purchased 12 initially and then went back for 6 more. I still think I'd like more!
These doublers are narrow enough that they fit nicely in my Workhorses, prefolds, and AIOs, especially since I’m new to cloth diapers, I just like seeing that there isn’t too much bulk between my baby’s legs that would prevent her from resting her legs in a natural position, and these are perfect for that while still doubling the absorbency! The 8 layers gives me peace of mind when traveling or overnight. I have 1 dozen for now and that works for me with the stash I have (mainly prefolds, some fitteds and just a couple AIOs for travel).
So far I am very happy with these doublers. They are simple to wash and dry and so far I don’t have any stains even though my baby has pooped several times. So far I have used them in a fitted diaper that I got from my Mom who used to cloth diaper. The diaper didn’t have a built in insert so I am glad I got the doublers. From what I can tell the diaper with one doubler soaks up the same amount at the workhorse fitted diaper. I am new to cloth diapering so I don’t know how well they will work later on but so far so good. They are kind of thin but maybe that will be a good thing as my baby gets older.
