Do you love the absorbency of our Natural One Size All in One, but wish for the stay-dry feature of our original One Size All in One? Then the new Thirsties Stay Dry Natural One Size All in One will be your favorite.
The interior consists of ten thirsty layers of natural fibers. The top soaker is made of four layers of GOTS certified organic cotton topped with a layer of stay-dry microfleece. The second soaker has four layers of hemp/organic cotton, and the body has two additional layers of organic cotton and is topped with a layer of stay-dry microfleece.
Note from Karen: As with all "one-size" items, they are really quite huge on brand new babies. I like one-size items starting after the newborn time, perhaps 11 pounds at the soonest but really even 13 or 14 pounds and up. I choose newborn sized items for my brand new baby. Made in USA.
The prints are so much lovelier in person.

I was somewhat anti- AIO's since I think they are very expensive for one diaper, however it's nice to have a few of these on hand for overnight, or easy changes. The stay dry feature is very nice and seems cozy and dry-feeling for baby. I like to use these when I believe there won't be a poop, since that is a lot of layers and crevices to spray off. :) I do enjoy it for overnight with a small booster for extra absorbency.
I really like this AIO! Natural fibers but also a stay dry layer, what more can you ask for? I had to get the fig print and it is adorable. The fit is great on my skinnier 5 month old with no leg gaps but not sure this would work from birth unless they’re super chunky. We usually do prefolds/flats and covers or pockets but if we get any more AIOs it will definitely be these.
I love these for night time, they have great elastics and beautiful patterns.
We bought a bunch of these for daycare but now also use them for overnight with a hemp doubler with no leaks. It's the trimmest option we've tried. I have some of the regular NAIO and I do like the idea of cotton against babies skin, but these seem much more comfortable with the stay-dry option. No cold, clammy baby in the morning! I still love the regular natural ones for daytime but when I purchase more it will be these. I get less excited about prints than I do about quality and function, but the prints are so cute! They seem to fit my baby well now at about 17 lbs on the second snaps, I can't believe they'll last to 35 lbs but I'll be thrilled if they do!
Stand Tall is one of the cutest patterns (even if I am usually an all-white kind of gal) and it was out of stock in the regular NAIO during my last order, so I decided to take a chance on the stay-dry version since we were already adding a stay-dry hemp doubler to our NAIOs for overnights. Not sure if it didn’t prep as well as the non-stay-drys, but we had a little leak during our first night wearing it. Probably user error, so I’m not giving up yet!
It sure is cute, you are correct! Regarding the leak, make sure you are not using a stay-dry doubler with this stay-dry diaper. Two layers of stay-dry will cause leaks. The stay dry layer of whatever you are using needs to be right up against baby's skin as the force of the pee is needed for the polyester to be permeated. Any layers of polyester after this are going to inhibit absorption. Use a regular hemp doubler or cotton doubler rather than a stay-dry one when using a stay-dry diaper. One layer of stay-dry is all that is needed and all that will be effective. Just right next to baby's skin.
