Mama Koala adjustable rise diaper on a baby It is better to put the extra fabric near the rise snaps up.  here the extra fabric is down and that's ok. do what works in the moment. If you get the rise fabric up instead, it seems to fit a little nice across the inner thigh.  Perfection is not needed. A diaper just needs to work and this works.

One-size diapers fit better on bigger babies but can work on a young baby but of course there is extra fabric since it is made to also fit a much older baby.
