NEW COLORS COMING SOON!
Note from Karen: Trim! The trimmest woolie, best suited for daytime use.
Very high quality Puppi diaper covers are made of two layers of extremely soft and thin merino wool flannel. Colorful snaps and decorative stitching make this diaper a conversation piece. Quality and attention to beautiful details. The leg elastics are soft yet very stretchy, which allows for a trim fit. Once lanolized, these covers hold moisture effectively. Wool is an extremely versatile fabric for cloth diapering-- it is breathable, temperature regulating (perfect for both cold and hot days), soft, and naturally antibacterial. Lanolin breaks down urine into salts and water, so it does not need to be washed as often as PUL diapers. Simply hang to dry between uses. However, a hand-washing and re-lanolizing procedure is necessary on wash day. Instructions are included.
- 100% merino wool
- Wool produced and sewn in Poland
- Requires lanolin
This cover is terrific because it's very trim, soft and cool inside because wool breathes.
Washing instructions: Wash by hand using a gentle wool wash such as Eucalan or a gentle bar soap such as Olive Oil Soap. Detailed instructions are provided here on our website and on the Wool Page and Puppi information brochure which is included with your order. More pictures

Wow, I am just getting started in the wool game and cannot get over how thin, and soft, and squishy these covers are. Plus my baby just looks so dapper! Excited to pair these with flats and have my baby be able to comfortably wear clothes over the top this winter. Definitely getting more.
We purchased our Puppi diapers (3 mini OS & 2 OS) before Karen started selling them and I am SO excited she is now. We are using these almost exclusively during the day (disana at night). I currently have the mini OS over a muslin newborn (we ec part time) but we also use one-size birds' eye flats + this cover on our 3 month old. I agree that the mini OS runs small, it has worked well from when the umbilical chord fell off for us (not that it couldn't have worked, we didn't use covers or just disana until then). That's about 8.5lbs up to at least 12lbs for the mini-OS (for us at least). We have also started using a buttoned down OS over one-size muslins (currently backup for us) and it is totally usable but still rather bulky on our string bean. We have had poop get on the diaper covers a handful of times but the gussets work really well if the diaper + cover is paired correctly and jelly-rolled. If poop does get on a cover (as it will, let's be real) it is super easy to wash with olive soap after we lanolized them (which we did before our peanut was born). In short, the miniOS Do run small but we looove these bc they are cute, easy to use and easy to clean. As background, my stash currently includes: flats (and a handful of fitted for changing into out of the house) + puppi covers for daytime (we EC part time as well), prefold + hemp doubler + babee greens wool liner + disana covers for nighttime (we have sensitive skin in this family) + puppiOS as well as some babee greens that will come into rotation again soon as I loved them when my older kids were babies.
I purchased my Puppi OS plus before GMD started selling but I wanted to agree with Karen that this is probably better suited for daytime. My child is 2 ½ yrs old 36in tall 28lb. I bought for nighttime use but for us the rise is not quite high enough for nighttime cloth. It fits well otherwise just not over bulky nighttime fluff.
