Beautiful, highest quality interlock wool.  Each cover is hand cut and hand sewn by an impressive team of local seamstresses in North Carolina, USA. I love the snap-side styling! Side snaps provide great coverage for no leak diapering, and I think it's very comfortable for baby because nothing is tight across the tummy area. There are several snap adjustments at the leg and waist for a custom fit. Made of Oeko Tex 100 certified merino wool. The snaps are reinforced with a small section of hidden cotton facing between the two layers of wool, thus the snaps are reinforced.  This way the snaps stay strong over the life of the cover. The wool is jersey knit so it is stretchy and since it's merino, it is soft and comfy. I keep saying "comfy" when talking about this cover! While this style of cover is trim for daytime use, it does work decently overnight for some babies. You might want to size-up for overnight use if in the upper half of the recommended weight range. When it is time to wash it, please wash by hand in a proper wool wash to keep it soft and in shape. Made in the USA. This cover is terrific because it's so soft and cool inside because wool breathes.

Washing instructions:   Wash by hand using a gentle wool wash such as Eucalan or a  gentle bar soap such as Olive Oil Soap.  Do not use Unicorn Beyond Clean on Babee Greens wool.  Detailed instructions are provided here on our website and on the Wool Page which is included with your order.

XL Babee Greens Classic Wool Cover

I have a 2 ½ yr old she's 36 in tall and 30 lbs. We use this cover at night so there's a good bit of fluff. This cover is so soft and stretchy. I actually have it as snug as it can get, even with the bulk of nighttime cloth so we will be able to use it this cover for a long time.

The only nighttime diaper cover I will use

Mr. 2 is using the potty during the day but still needs his cloth at naps and night. These wool covers are the only covers I have found that provide bedding protection for our heavy wetter, and allow him to sleep comfortably without waking up wet and cold. His Workhorse is still saturated in the morning, but his sheets and jammies are dry and he is not cold. Love these covers!

New favorite wool brand!

My son has grown from an average newborn into a thick-thighed scooter, and the Disana covers he's worn since birth were getting tight around the legs before getting snug anywhere else. I sent in my question about wool covers for his body type and was pointed toward this and the wrap cover from Babee Greens. I'm so happy with them! Unlike the Disana pull on covers, it takes a lot to make the Babee Greens feel damp. A breeze to clean with Euclan, they are my top recommendation for anyone hesitant to move away from PUL covers to wool. The wrap style fits just like my Thirsties duos (no Daddy training required) and the classic style had two sets of snaps for babes whose legs and waists are not the same size. The only downside vs PUL is wool does take a while to dry, hence why I quickly took my mother up on her offer to gift us a couple extra covers. Rolling between two towels after wash reduces dry time. If you get a stinky poo, you will want to air the cover out a little longer than usual (no need to wash unless visibly soiled). They say you don't NEED to lanolize these, but I wanted to make them even more bullet proof, so I did. If you buy the wrap and classic, be aware that sizing is different between them...use your babe's weight to choose the right size.

This diaper cover is a favorite in my house. We love it for so many reasons. First and foremost, it withstands so much use. No matter how much comes out of my little one, this cover contains it all and saves his clothes. Second, it’s a trim fit when paired with flats. We use flats during the day for a trim fit under clothes, and this diaper cover is perfect for maintaining that fit. Finally, it is so very soft. It’s not the very softest wool in our collection, but it is certainly not scratchy. I feel comfortable putting this on baby knowing his skin won’t be irritated. Some things to note for those of you looking to buy. First, and least important but rather humorous, I have found that just about anyone putting this on aside from me seem to put it on inside out with the back flaps on top of rather than below the front flap. This not only looks ridiculous but isn’t as effective of a fit. For some reason, this seems to completely confuse people. Second, my little man grows out of one before really fitting into the next size. This is easily remedied for me with the addition of the wrap style cover. With both cover styles overlapping each other in sizes, I’m never without a diaper.

So soft and a great shape

Love this cover! I’m very sensitive to wool, so some merino feels scratchy to me, but this one is so cozy and soft. I love the reinforced wings as well. Seems so comfy for my toddler.
