One of many, many ways to set up your wipes is to premoisten the wipes with water, then give a quick shake of the spray bottle to mix it then spritz either baby's bottom directly or spritz the wipe, as you see fit. Do moisten the wipe. The spray bottle is not for that, it's for adding a bit the cleaner to your already-moistened-with-water wipes. I spritzed the moistened wipe because my baby would startle if I spritzed his bottom, but babies vary a lot. The wipes are shown dry in this picture. For water for moistening the wipes, you might have an insulated container of warm water or a wipes warmer with water in it, or any bowl or container to dip a clean wipe into the water to moisten it. You might use the peri bottle or a sports bottle of some kind so nothing spills. I bet you already have a container that will work fine on hand. Freshly made wipes will never get funky, but premoistened wipes might work better for you. There are many ways to do cloth wipes. Do what works for you!

I was buying some expensive disposable wipes every few weeks and it was really adding up price wise. I tried some other brands of cheaper disposable wipes and my infant would immediately redden in her diaper area. I've used these cloth wipes before and loved them but didn't have enough. This kit is really nice. My daughter hasn't had any irritation and I love the two-sided option (one for messy, one for mild messes). I've tried other cloth wipes in the past and these are my favorite.
Bought these to replace disposable wipes, and toilet paper to some extent. What with the ongoing crisis I didn’t want to worry about not finding disposable wipes for my baby. We saved the rest we had for if we go anywhere. I chose this set because the spray ingredients are very safe for my little one and not full of essential oils. After prepping all my wipes I prepped the spray (diluted) as required on the label. The spray is EXCELLENT, and the cloth wipes are fabulous. I like the terry side for pee and the smooth side for #2. After 2 day I noticed my little boys bikini area is less red. It was never rashy, just more flushed. Now the pinkness has abated!!! I highly recommend using cloth wipes and this spray.
Absolutely love the wipes. The solution is also great, but the spray bottle is one, really powerful stream of water hitting your baby's bottom (surprising & maybe uncomfortable for baby) or hitting one spot on the wipe. A mist-type spray bottle would be better. It's only a buck out of the whole purchase though so still worth getting the kit & just getting a different spray bottle!
