One thing I (Karen) really like about Simplex is that the snaps are at the side which means nothing is binding at the tummy. With no Velcro® across the tummy, there are is nothing to rub or scratch when baby sits up.
Above is a 7 pound 0 ounce 6 day old baby a size small Swaddlebees Simplex. This is too big on him. The rise is too high forming gaps at his legs. But just blink and in no time he will fit this nicely. Don't you just love those newborn legs and that newborn yawn! So adorable!

MADE IN USA! 100% white cotton birdseye inside. Smartly sewn so the inner doubler is underneath the inside cotton surface for fast drying. This makes the part next to baby so smooth. I love this!! no bumps, no rise snaps. No fiddling with size adjustments becuase this comes in 3 sizes so it fits really nicely. You can add extra absorbency in the section where the inner doubler lives if you need to, but you might not need to because it's 11 layers of birdseye. It is trim. It's our trimmest all-in-one. It snaps towards the back at the sides. While this back-snapping style is a little less familiar than the snaps-across-the-front style, it really makes for a good fit on baby. I just love cotton and I don't like bumps, so my personal preference is for a true sized diaper instead of an adjustable one with snap bumps. Since the inner doubler is attached, there are no pieces to find, assemble or stuff after washing. I really like that too. And of course, I love made in the USA.
I think these run a little smaller than the listed sizes, but what weights they fit depends a lot on baby's shape of course. They are trim fitting, not wide and puffy. This is great under clothing. If you plan on stuffing them for more absorbency you will need to size up sooner. Also, chubby babies will need to size up sooner too. The large is larger than the largest setting on the GroVia aio because the rise is taller so it fits longer.
The video below show unbleached interior. We chose white birdseye interior for easier prepping and quicker absorbency, and that nice, clean look of white cotton. White cotton shinks more consitently thus is a better choice for a nice-fitting aio. All of our stock is all white cotton interior.

9 weeks old, 11 pounds
same baby, 9 weeks old, 11 pounds. A 9 weeks old, this baby is not a newborn anymore, but it still fits at the widest adjustment. A very nice cotton aio.
Coordinates with wet bags, laundry bags and Buggy Bagg. Baby blooms also coordinates with Snugglewool Blankets.
A wonderful newborn verion of the well-loved Simplex. 100% cotton inside! Made in USA. I think it will fit 6-11 pounds nicely.

GMD has WHITE! We custom-ordered white. White diapers are actually our biggest seller! Prints are cute, defnitely, but white is nice under clothes for no show-through.

Similar, but not the same as the original version above. There are 2 big differences. The obvious one is that this has one more set of snap adjustments and the fabric the snaps are set into is stretchy. Really very stretchy. Also the cut is trimmer across the bottom. Available in medium and large. Made in USA.
