Small white Workhorse doublers are great paired with newborn, small or medium Workhorse diapers
New! The same lovely prefold fabric as our beloved Cloth-eez® prefolds in a doubler sizes. All sizes 8 layers (8-ply) of 100% cotton. I love the prefold fabric because it's so soft and pliable. It is quilty just like prefolds are so they come out of the dryer curly and need to be flattened out by hand a bit. This is the nature of the twill prefold fabric. I like to match fabrics. When I use a prefold or a Workhorse diaper and choose to add a doubler, I like to use the same fabric, even though that doesn't really matter of course. We call the white version Workhorse because it matches the Workhorse diapers, but really it's just white, unbleached or organic as the choice. They really the same except for the fabric choice. Organic is unbleached organically grown cotton (GOTS certified) and is 50 cents more. As an alternative use, you can use 2 together instead of those smelly microfiber inserts. This prefold fabric washes very easily and doesn't hold stink because it is 100% cotton. And best of of all, they are very inexpensive. Doublers add additional absorbency in any style diaper. You can fit the size small into the newborn Workhorse diaper. Made in the Pakistan.

NEW SIZE! Wide Baby
We called it Wide Baby because we couldn't come up with anything else. It's not small and it's not medium, but it is wide. It's not a size that all babies will need. Most babies will go from small to medium. But some babies grow wide at a young age and then thin out later when they begin crawling and walking. So sometimes when yellow edge is too small, red edge is too long and not wide enough. So we created an in-between size "wide baby". It is as wide as a large brown edge but a little shorter than a medium red edge. It fits in most medium size covers. Available only in white cotton with white edges. The main prefold page is here

They are $32/dozen which is $2.67 each, plus $2.00 shipping first class equals $4.67 to try one Wide Baby prefold. How To Booklets will not be sent, though, because at 18 pages of paper it would make it weight to much to ship at the first class rates. We can email a .pdf copy though if you request it in the Instructions Section at the end of the order form. Don't use this section if you are buying other things because then it would be $2.00 too much because the cart will add shipping again. Instead use the prefolds or diapers page.

Better for Babies Wool Tote/Wet Bag (night-change diaper storage)
Better for Babies made in USA organic wool wet bag (also called tote bag). Better for Babies has closed it's doors so there is no warranty on this, but look great. Final sale. These are generously sized bags for storing soiled cloth diapers. I use mine under my baby's bottom during a night change (this keeps my sheet dry during the change) then I stuff the wet diaper in my wool Little Beetles wool tote and it keeps the moisture safe inside and the wool doesn't let odors out. It's like a wool diaper cover for the wet diaper to stay in until morning. This is great because I don't like any synthetics near my sleeping area yet I don't want a wet diaper near my head either. So the wool tote is a great place for me to put the night changed diaper in and then I leave it on my night stand or sometimes toss it on the floor until morning. For our co-sleeping night changes, I change baby in place and my feet don't hit the floor, so it doesn't wake anyone up and I barely wake up too. I love this bag for this! Priced below our cost since they are final sale. What a great deal! You can type your color preferences in the Instructions section at the end of the order form and we'll do our best to find one meeting your preferences, such as "I'd like one that has red in it" or "no reds please" or something like that. The stripe called girl colors has a pink or purple in it somewhere and the neutral ones have no pink or purples in them. Each one is unique so they won't be exactly as pictured.

From Illustra Media, this DVD is fascinating. It's entertaining and really gets you thinking, too. You see your baby, and baby is amazing. Neo-Darwinism cannot explain your baby's origin nor the complexity of biological life. This science-type film talks about molecular "machines", shown in state-of-the-art animation, but you don't have to be a scientist to be wowed by this film. This has aired on PBS stations around the country. It's a must-see to get you thinking about your life and your new baby's life.
