Troubleshooting the Shopping Cart:
If your local browser has cookies turned off, our cart will not function. It will only allow 1 or 2 items in the cart at a time. Please enable cookies to order. Our cart needs to use a cookie so that it can remember you from one item added to your cart to the next, to get it all on one order. This is harmless and don't worry, it's normal. If you don't want to mess with changing a setting, then just open a different browser. If you are using IE, try Firefox, Chrome or Safari or anything else. To enable cookies, click on help in your browser and search for enable cookies and follow the instructions.
Server busy errorIf you get a session timeout, follow the instructions on the error page. They are this: When you are on the VIEW CART page, hit F5 or click to reload/refresh the page. It's usually a roundish up-down arrow image or circular arrow image near the web address. The browser will give you warning about resending the information. Say YES. You want to resend the information which will give you a new Session ID. Then continue the checkout process normally. Server busy or session timeouts mean no order occurred. Don't worry. Nothing happened at all. Just refresh the VIEW CART page and try again. It will work when you get a new session ID.

Defective merchandise depends on how the particular manufacturer has decided to handle them.

Bummis: Warranty
Bummis guarantees Bummis Super Whisper, Super Snap, Super Prints, Super Brite products will be waterproof for 100 washes. Bummis guarantees Bummi Original, Bummis Super Whisper Pant nylon pull-on and Bummis Super Lite products for 50 washes. This guarantee applies to the waterproof fabric only. They also guarantee that their products will be free of defects in workmanship after reasonable use as part of a normal rotation of diapering products. They will not replace products after 6 months or without a proper proof of purchase from a retailer. Imse Vimse stands behind their merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects. Return the item to Imse Vimse with a copy of your invoice. Please tell them if you prefer a replacement or a refund for the defective merchandise. If you have any questions call Imse Vimse at 615-662-466.
Kissaluvs: Guarantee
Kissaluvs snaps are guaranteed during the useful life of the cover. You don't need an original receipt. Defective items will be repaired or replaced within 30 days of purchase.
Swaddlebees: Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against material or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This covers stitching, seams, elastic, or if any of the product's components come undone or unattached. Snaps are guaranteed for the life of the diaper. Swaddlebees will repair exchange or replace defective products with an exact same product, color and size. Please send the defective product to Swaddlebees so they can correct the problem immediately.
Thirsties: Warranty
Thirsties products are under warranty for up to 90 days after the original purchase date. Defects include loose stitching, hole, sewing workmanship, etc. Staining, fading, and potential build-up is considered normal wear and tear and does not suffice for repair or replacement. Email Thirsties directly if you have a problem with a defective product.
